Start with an assessment where we will measure some key indicators and find out more about your lifestyle habits. After that we will discuss personal goals and what you want to improve on.

Step 2: After your assessment you can start your trial membership to make sure we are the perfect fit for you.

 

How To Get Started

​How a Training Session Goes:

  • 10 minute mobility and dynamic warm up to get your blood flowing and get you ready to exercise

  • Power circuit: Different options for different abilities. Consists of medicine ball slam, kettlebell swings, and plyometrics. 

  • Main lift consisting of upper body, lower body, and core strength exercises.

  • Stretching cool down to keep you mobile and pain free.

Private 1 on 1

Have your own comprehensive training program made specifically for you. You have the gym to yourself with your coach. All plans billed monthly, no contracts, cancel or pause at any time no questions asked

1-2 sessions per week- $80 per session

3 sessions per week- $70 per session

4+ sessions per week- $65 per session

Semi-Private

You get the perks of having your own comprehensive training program made specifically for you while also having the camaraderie of training in a group. Class sizes limited to 5. All plans billed monthly, no contracts, cancel or pause at any time no questions asked.

1 session per week- $160 per month

  • $40 per session​​

2 sessions per week- $280 per month

  • $35 per session

3 sessions per week- $360 per month

  • $30 per session

4 sessions per week- $400 per month

  • $25 per session

Hybrid Training

For those who need a combination of in person and virtual guidance. Maybe you travel a lot for work, have an inconsistent schedule, or just like being able to train at your own gym on your own time. You will be provided a custom training plan and coaching via the trainheroic app as well as a set number of in person training sessions. Check ins, constant communication, and zoom/video form checks included.

Custom online training plans-  $100 per month

Hybrid- Pricing depends on amount of in person days per month, very flexible, inquire to learn more.
