Take your athletic performance to new heights.
We provide customized sports performance training in small groups of up to five athletes at a time. Each athlete benefits from a personalized training program tailored to their goals and abilities, ensuring maximum results and attention to detail. We offer groups for middle school and high school aged athletes.
How to Get Started
Start with an assessment where we will measure mobility, strength, power, and speed. After that we will discuss personal goals and what you want to improve on
After your assessment you can start your kickstarter membership where you will have 2 weeks of training to make sure we are the perfect fit for you
Personalized Training Plans:
Each training plan is made specifically for you. It is individually tailored to your sport, skill level, and individual goals. We do not do cookie cutter programs. Sessions are limited to 5 athletes at a time to give you attentive coaching and personalization while still be able to benefit from the camaraderie of being in a group of like minded athletes.
How a Training Session Goes:

Warm Up followed by individualized soft tissue work and movement prep

Speed, Plyos, and Agility based on athletes needs

Main lift consisting of power, strength, and hypertrophy work depending on the athletes needs
