We provide customized sports performance training in small groups of up to five athletes at a time. Each athlete benefits from a custom training program tailored to their goals and abilities, ensuring maximum results and attention to detail. Serving Farmington Hills, Livonia, Northville, and Novi, we offer training for middle school and high school aged athletes.
How to Get Started
Start with a free assessment where we will measure mobility, strength, power, and speed. After that we will discuss personal goals and what you want to improve on.
After your assessment you can start a trial membership to make sure we are the perfect fit for you
Personalized Training Plans:
Each training plan is made specifically for you. It is individually tailored to your sport, skill level, and individual goals. We do not do cookie cutter programs. Sessions are limited to 5 athletes at a time to give you attentive coaching and personalization, while still being able to benefit from the camaraderie of being in a group of like minded athletes.
How a Training Session Goes:

Warm Up followed by individualized soft tissue work and movement prep

Main lift consisting of power, strength, and hypertrophy work depending on the athletes needs

Private 1 on 1
Have your own comprehensive training program made specifically for you. You have the gym to yourself with your coach. Also includes 1 complimentary nutrition consult per month. All plans billed monthly, no contracts, cancel or pause at any time no questions asked.
1-2 sessions per week- $80 per session
3 sessions per week- $70 per session
4+ sessions per week- $65 per session

Semi-Private
You get the perks of having your own comprehensive training program made specifically for you while also having the camaraderie of training in a group. Class sizes limited to 5. All plans billed monthly, no contracts, cancel or pause at any time no questions asked.

Hybrid/Remote Training
For those who want a combination of in person and/or virtual guidance. Maybe you travel a lot for work, have an inconsistent schedule, or just like being able to train at your own gym on your own time. You will be provided a custom training plan and coaching via the trainheroic app. Check ins, constant communication, and video form checks included.
Fully Remote Training- $109 per month
Hybrid- Depends on Number of in person days
