How Does a Team Session Work?
Part 1-​
​Start with a dynamic warm up: skips, shuffles, lunges, etc.
Speed/Agility/Quickness: A combination of Sprints, Jumps, Hops, Medicine ball throws, and/or Agility Games, all with the goals of helping your athletes become quicker and more agile.
Part 2-​
Strength Training:
Our team training is built around age-appropriate, ability-based programming that aligns with long-term athletic development principles. Athletes are progressed through structured phases that prioritize movement quality, coordination, strength, and power at the right time in their development. We meet each athlete where they are, ensuring beginners build a strong foundation while more advanced players continue to progress safely and effectively. The result is a system that develops durable, high-performing athletes over the long haul—not just for the next season, but for years to come.
