In our Semi-Private training classes, everyone warms up as a group and then has their own personalized training program. Everyone follows the same program structure but has completely different exercises and rep ranges based on their goals and abilities. No 2 training plans are the same. Your coach will instruct you and guide you through your personalized workout as needed along with the other members of the group. Classes are limited to 5. Still personalized, still coached, just shared and more cost friendly.

Youth Athlete Training
What Age Athletes Do You Train?
We train athletes of all ages. Middle School and High School aged athletes 12-18 are welcome to join our semi-private sports performance membership. Children 11 and under require private sessions unless their free assessment shows they are mature enough for group training. We also train college and professional athletes.
Is It Safe For My Child To Lift Weights?
Yes, given that what they're doing is supervised by a professional and done with correct form. The idea that lifting weights will stunt children's growth comes from faulty conclusion from a mid 1900's study in China comparing the growth rates of working children in poor, under developed rural areas to children in more affluent developed cities and urban areas. The difference in the amount of physical labor done by the rural group vs the urban group led to theories that lifting weights stunted growth when in reality the driving factor in stunted growth was malnutrition, poor sleep, and increased environmental stress. Numerous studies have been done debunking this theory and proving that structured, supervised weightlifting is perfectly safe for children of all ages and can even have positive effects on growth.
What Does A Youth Athlete Training Session Consist Of?
Each session starts with some mobility drills, followed by a dynamic warm up. After that is athletic development which is a combination of plyometrics, sprinting, and agility drills. After that is the strength and power section which is a full body lift. At the end is a mobility cool down or conditioning.
Do You Train Full Teams?
Yes. Travel, high school, and rec league teams, in-season and off-season training. Team training is built around what your sport actually demands.
